All roles The name of the "Follow-up" button has been changed to "Own reminder" to clarify the intention with this functionality. We've also removed the possibility to select some one else name since this is a reminder for you and no one else. 5 TSQ/A-C Hedlund

All roles We've been going through the system to make sure that only those buttons which is supposed to be visible in the current status of the complaint is visible (the rest is hidden). To that functionality we've also added an "Online Help" button that will help guide the current user to what the next step is in the complaint process. All roles On all places where you can enter a date we've made sure that you will always get a popup dialogue box to select a date from, reason for this is to avoid wrong dates being entered. 9 TSQ/A-C Hedlund

Statistic role For product complaints we will from this release remove Saturdays and Sundays from the number of days spent at each investigation authority. The lead time view for OtD displays complaints that have been responded to from the Warehouse / Production Unit and the Total Days / Average column is based on dates when complaint was sent to Warehouse to when Warehouse responds back to Subsidiary. 11 TSQ/A-C Hedlund

Statistic role We've changed the label of the Statistics views from “Final reply time" to "Lead time". We've also changed the selection of the product complaint views to only include complaints with a local final reply and the days (Total days / Average column) are based from Creation date of the complaint to the Local Final Reply date. Furthermore we've also changed the value of the categories for the number of Days column (0 - 15, and > 27 days). Finally this view now calculates the difference and not days. 12 TSQ/A-C Hedlund

Statistic role Since we have now removed the possibility to manually enter dates in to TCHS the statistics should get a higher quality with correct dates. For lead time statistics search portal we have now added the possibility to search on a particular Manufacture if you have selected” Manufacture time" as Flow range 16 TSQ/A-C Hedlund

When Gatekeeper logs complaints to investigation authorities there is now a comment box for them where they can add information about the logging which is then included in the sent out to the authority. If the subsidiary wants goods to be returned if the complaint was not approved they will now get informed that they need to pay the transport costs. They can also add information about the transport such as transport agreement and / or transport instructions. It's important for the investigation authorities to check this information in the complaint before sending the goods back to the subsidiary. 20 TSQ/A-C Hedlund

Gatekeeper role If Manufacture / Supplier have said that they have re- worked the product you will have the field "Product re- worked" set to "Yes" in your Gatekeeper Final Reply section. If a product has been re-worked you can not issue any credit for this complaint. 24 TSQ/A-C Hedlund

Gatekeeper role When you want to log complaints to investigation authorities there is now a comment box for you where you can add information about the logging which is then included in the sent out to the authority. The logic for sending a complaint to a Manufacture / Supplier has changed somewhat. There is now a radio button field where you do your selection if you want to send the complaint to a Manufacture or to an external Supplier (Purchase). Once that is done you select which Manufacture or external Supplier you want to send the complaint to, just like you did before this release. 26 TSQ/A-C Hedlund
