Sends autoresponder template or series to the prospects
PowerDialer connects you instantly to the prospect
Automatcially imports prospect information into the Contact Management Tool 2

3. AutoResponder Panel
The AutoResponder Panel is located in your iBoomerang back office under your tool set 3

4. Integrate Your Tools
The AutoResponder Panel will integrate any lead source with your Template Tool, PowerDialer, and Contact Management tool.
The AutoResponder Panel will work with all your lead sources whether they are website leads, referrals, or leads purchased from lead vendors. 4

5. Getting Started Getting Started Tab
Step 1 - Connect your tools. Your Template Tool and PowerDialer are already connected for you. If you contact management tool is not connected click the button to connect it by using your user name and password.
Step 2 – Prepare your templates – Create your templates, series or newsletters by going into your template tool
Step 3 – Notify Lead Sources – Give your lead sources your leads address to make sure your leads will be connected to your AutoResponder Panel
Step 4 – Add youre lead sources – Add your lead sources by clicking on the add lead sources tab 5

6. Add Your Lead Sources
To add you lead sources click the drop down for the lead source and also chose the template or series you want to send out to your leads.
When you are ready to add this source click on Add Source
* If your lead source is not in the drop down click – Request a new lead source 6

7. Viewing Your Lead Sources
To view or edit your lead sources click on the My Lead Sources tab 7

8. Recent Leads
All of your recent leads will go into the My Leads tab 8

9. Review your history for sent Templates
To review the delivery of the that was sent to the lead, login to your Template Tool and click on the HISTORY tab. From there you will be able to see the entire list of s which have been sent out.
