3. Migrant
Mark any student who is eligible, while attending the reporting district on October 1st, whether or not program services are provided.

4. Immigrant The term 'immigrant children' means individuals who:
are ages 3 through 21;  AND
 were not born in any State; AND
 have not been attending one or more schools in any one or more States for more than 3 full academic years.
0 = No
1 = Yes
*Note: Immigrant is a mandatory field

5. Refugee
Students that are not identified as refugee should default to “No”.
If the district is not able to verify a student’s refugee status, then they should mark student as “Unknown”.
0 = No
1 = Yes
2 = Unknown
*Note: Refugee will be a mandatory field for the School Year.  Please ensure you have a process in place to determine Refugee status.
