RED using the SYMMETRY note. Often a symmetry note greatly simplifies the dimensioning
But one could argue that the note is not needed since SYMMETRY is obvious from the Center Line in the TOP view, but one should allows use the note when symmetry is present.

BLUE since negative cylinders are always dimensioned in the circular view using a leader line and a Ø before the diameter length. Also we avoid dimensioning to hidden lines.

And finally, if present, unclick tangent edges under Edit View-Display Options-Display Style, then remove and replace Isometric view.
Mechanical Engineers might want to add a Center Line for the 180ᵒ arc, but SolidWorks makes this addition very difficult.
