2. Update: Database Policy: Work Plan:
The Registration Database Policy was approved by Trustees at the March 2016 Board Meeting.
Work Plan:
As part of the database workplan the following has been carried out for and on the database:
Continuous updating and accuracy checks are completed on the information held on the Database
Updating registered members hapū information

3. Efforts made to Increase Registered members and update addresses and Reduce GNA’s:
Panui to register and update registration details are placed on NTB website, face-book and Te Tukaiaia Newsletter
Registration forms made available at all NTB hui, online or in office applications
NTB logon to Tuhono Database, used to locate potential Ngātiwai members
Efforts made to reduce Registered members GNA’s:
GNA booklets given to individual Trustees to update monthly
s sent to individual Ngātiwai members requesting updated contact and postal details
Panui to update contact details are regularly advertised on the NTB website, face-book page and Te Tukakaia newsletter
Regular contact made with members by phone
Current number of Registered members:
As at 30th April 2016 current registered members is = Total GNA’s as at 30th April 2016 = 1218
