This document describes the proposed resolution on the comments related to RIT mode (sub category of Low Energy subgroup), provided in e (LB53 Consolidated Comment Database).

FCS_ERROR is required to notify an erroneous reception to the next higher layer in RIT mode. Behavior afterwards is at the NHL's discretion.
