8 If denominator is 11 multiply by 9=99 and easy to get the decimal.
Look at the fraction-is it more than half?  5/6 is almost 1 so eliminate 0.46 and 0.53-down to 2 choices. 6 goes into 50 8 times. If denominator is 11 multiply by 9=99 and easy to get the decimal.

2017 Teacher Reflection: First day was more a discovery process, day two was solidifying.  Lots of ahas! Happening Card sort-maybe take out irregular repeating decimals? Add more of just terminating repeating add a sort as terminating to repeating to scaffold.  Example to room first. No one showed the video. More time for analysis of exit ticket.
