Each of the Logical Equivalence laws in Table 5 (on page 24 of our text) except for double negation has a dual.
Each of the Boolean Identities in Table 5 (on page 705 of our text) except for Law of the double complement, unit property, and zero property has a dual

3. Can you show a formal proof for HW problem #2?
No and you didn’t need to.
You need to remember that if you can find an assignment of truth values to the variables in the expressions that makes all of the expressions true, then the system specifications are consistent.
