RMA Status Tracking - List
Input RMA no then press [Search] button Searching result is shown. Click the link on “RMA No” to get detailed information Remark 1. Search function is available without login 2. It is allowable to search RMA case through RMA No, Customer RMA No and Serial No

Request RMA No – Customer Info
Fill out customer information Pick up company name from the list Bill-To information Copy data from Bill-To to Ship-To Ship-To information Go to next step Remark 1. It is required to pick up correct Bill-To company name from the list 2. It is allowable to free key in Ship-To company name & company address if necessary

Request RMA No – Product Info
Fill out product information & problem description Input serial no of defective unit Related information are brought out automatically Remark 1. S/N is needed for warranty judgment, it will be treated as out-of-warranty if no S/N 2. Pls type something in S/N field if S/N unavailable, then pick up correct product name from the list 3. “S/N” and “Product Name” are required, it is not allowable to leave empty 4. Pls input vendor’s S/N for outsourcing products, then pick up proper product name from the list

Request RMA No – Problem Description
Attachment information & problem description Add defective unit piece by piece Quick Problem Description Remark 1. 3 selections in “RMA Type”: (1) Repair (2) Rework 2. “Customer RMA No” is defined by user, for user internal tracking purpose 3. “Problem Description” is required, free keyin or pick proper one from the list via [Pick] button 4. Complete 3-level selection to determine the problem description when [Pick] is pressed (1) Category (2) Sub-Category (3) Symptom

Request RMA No – Delete / Modify
Fill out product information & problem description Save the modification Defective product list Delete record Modify record Submit RMA Request Remark 1. The original information will be shown for modification if “Modify” icon is pressed 2. Press [Modify] button to save the changes after modification 3. [Add] button is disabled during modification, and vice versa

Request RMA No – Receipt
Print out RMA receipt RMA receipt Delivery Information Remark 1. RMA receipt contains customer information, product information and delivery information 2. Press “Print Receipt” to print out RMA receipt 3. Pls put RMA receipt in the package and return it with defective units
