2. Whinney lane bench

3. Left at junction after Squinting Cat

4. After along the road half a mile and down the hill turn right at the White House

5. Down tarmac to rough track and over foot bridge and bear left

6. At end of path turn right up the road

7. After 500 meters turn left at footpath and caravan site

8. Over style and down the field

9. Through gate and left down to next gate

10. Through gate and up hill bearing right

11. Up to gate in distance on the right

12. Past gate follow path to metal ladder At this point ask a regular crag race runner about the route

13. Keep going to metal ladder and climb ladder

14. Up ladder and over style keeping right

15. Up field staying right to gate

16. Through gate and straight on

17. Through three close styles

18. Follow path to next gate and through

19. Through small gate on left

20. Down to wide gate and through, up path

21. Stay on path ‘not’ over stone steps carry on up to road and keep going to North Rigton.

22. At crossroads straight across

23. Follow path on left down narrow gap 20 meters

24. Over style and keep right down path

25. Over style and straight on

26. Onto road and right to style 50 meters

27. Over style and diagonal across field to gate

28. Through gate and up field

29. Through stone shuffle heading for Crag and next stone shuffle

30. Through next shuffle

31. Through style heading to crag

32. Up the field to meet tagging point on side of Crag

33. The tag team will hand you a tag to take back to the Bench at the finish.
