1 n/o back to back kitchens
RISER PROJECT n/o back to back kitchens

2 Why you are special! Access to an “n” kitchen might be thru the “o” kitchen and vice versa!

3 Which one? “N” or “O”? The side that would be the easiest/least expensive to dismantle – no backsplash, old cabinetry, etc. In case of a tie, “n” unit because tenting isn’ t as invasive.

4 General information When you see floor protection in the main hall from the service elevator to your unit you know we will probably be there the next day to start removing the wall. floor Protection will be placed from your front door to your kitchen and will remain until your unit is complete Monday thru Friday, Work will start at 8am. Since the sinks must be functional before the plumbers leave, it may continue until after 5pm.

5 General information - continued
At the end of each day there will be water in the kitchen that did not have a wall removed There will be a lot of noise The service elevator will be used intermittently to bring in pipes, etc.

6 General information - continued
When complete, the walls affected will be patched and prime painted Cabinets , sinks and countertops will be re-installed Ceiling to floor protection will be put up at kitchen (both sides in case of “N”) and will remain for the duration of the project
