Sport comprised of various entities, each with own agenda and plans for success.
Sport lacks overall leadership.
States satisfied with USA Racquetball membership department but felt overall communication and appreciation of their efforts was lacking.
Not enough effort to infiltrate recreational players.

3. Plan of Action Create Summit to determine initiatives and objectives.
Update and improve membership services.
Increase marketing efforts to get outside of industry.
Create new identity to improve credibility.
Develop program to infiltrate recreational players.
Provide leadership for states.
