The Search menus box allows you to search the menus under each tab for a command.
Google help opens a pop-up where you can search for your answers, or choose to browse all the help articles.
Keyboard shortcuts brings up a pop-up with the most popular keyboard shortcuts for reference.
Note that the description of Google help changes depending on the application that you are using. For Docs, it’s Docs help. For Sheets, Sheets help. For Slides, Slides help.
