Timeline 10:15 Cheerleaders/Band/Drill team/Color guard will be dismissed to football field (athletes are dismissed w/ classrooms) 10:20 300/400 hall will be dismissed by announcement 10:23 200/ 600/700 hall will be dismissed by announcement 10:35 Pep Rally Begins 11:05 Pep Rally Ends- Students head to 4th period class 11:15 4th Period Begins (teachers document tardies; any student not in class by 11:20 may be reported as skipping)

9th 10th 12th 11th 11-12th Entrance 9-10th Entrance Parent Section
When facing the stands from the 50 yard line, 9th grade classes will sit in the additional stands to the left of the grand-stands. 10th grade classes will sit in the left section, senior classes in the middle section, and juniors in the section on the right. 9-10th grade classes should enter their areas on the left side of the grand-stands; 11-12th grade classes should enter on the right side of the grand-stands. Parents will be seated in the first 3 rows of the 12th grade section. *Drill Team/Athletes/Color Guard/Cheer/Mustang Charmers will be on the field/

During the Pep Rally: Students should stand with their 3rd period class/teacher. Students are encouraged to stand and cheer during the pep rally. Students should leave the bleachers as they found them (CLEAN) and should properly dispose of trash. Remember to take all of your belongings with you when you leave.

Parent Parking for Pep Rally
Parents should park in the northern 2 rows of student parking or the first 10 parking spots on the rights side of the driveway, as indicated on the map. Once these areas are full, additional parking will be at the middle school campus. Parents will sign in at the front gate before entering the athletic complex.

Friday Night Varsity Football Games
Students should remain in the student section. Trash should be disposed of properly; not thrown under the bleachers. The band, drill team, and color guard will be seated on the right side of the grandstands. Student Section Band

Students should be picked up within 30 minutes of the end of the football game.
Should a student be left longer than 30 minutes 2 times, he/she will no longer be allowed at athletic events without a parent/guardian for the remainder of this school year. Students/children are not allowed on the baseball/softball fields, shot put area, or long jump/high jump areas. Students should not climb on netting.
