The Overview is divided in 4 sections: Status Learning Metrics Calendar The Progress Report provides a way to quickly view your current learning status and link to specific learning related items. My Task List Overview Section – Quick Walkthrough CLICK ANYWHERE TO CONTINUE

Learning Metrics Click on any numeric link will update with the associated course details (e.g. Upcoming Courses). Overview Section – Quick Walkthrough CLICK ANYWHERE TO CONTINUE

Status If the Status Icon displays an orange-reddish open hand (aka “stop”), then items are overdue. Click the text link below the hand to display the overdue items in the My Task section. The Status Icon allows the user, in a single glance, to see if they are up-to-date or overdue in completing their learning related tasks Overview Section – Quick Walkthrough CLICK ANYWHERE TO CONTINUE

Additional actions can be taken while looking at the date details.
Calendar You can quickly view summary information by rolling your mouse over the specific day. The Calendar will displays the current month. A blue triangle will appear on days where you are enrolled in a classroom-based course scheduled for that day. Clicking on the date will show information pertaining to courses scheduled for the chosen day. Additional actions can be taken while looking at the date details. Using Manager roll – Enrolling users in courses
Click on the day in the Calendar to display Course Information When finished selecting, press “Enroll” to enroll selected users. From the ‘User List”, select the desired users you which to select Confirmation messages confirms users enrolled. When finished selecting, press Add Attendees to enroll selected users. Clicking on the “Add” button gives you ability to enroll desired users in the selected instance. Once you found the desired course, click on Enroll to enroll users to that course. You can use the “Search” Tab to search for a desired course, you can specify filters to narrow your search. Using Instructor – Enrolling users using Search CLICK ANYWHERE TO CONTINUE

Using ‘Team’ – Viewing your Team
You can use Search to find a desired user. You can view users information assigned to you. Here you can see their info, courses assigned and taken and see their scores. The Team section will display a list of all users who report to you. Using ‘Team’ – Viewing your Team CLICK ANYWHERE TO CONTINUE

Clicking on the User will display detailed information.

Click View on the desired report. The Reports Tab provides you with several reports. For this example, we will create an Employee Completion Report. Using ‘Reports’ – Viewing and Exporting Reports CLICK ANYWHERE TO CONTINUE

Select the desired courses to add.
When finished selecting, click Add Learning Object to add selected courses to the report. Select the desired courses to add. Click ‘Add’ to add courses that will be included in the report. A popup window will appear with all the courses available to add. Select the desired courses to add. You will be taken to the selected report. Click plus icon to expand the desired organization.
When added, click on ‘View Report’ to generate the report, and the option to export, with the selected filters. You can run the report choosing selectors for the users and departments you manage To select a department. Click on the ‘plus’ icon to expand the desired organization. Click on the first level to select its availability. Enter Information and other desired fields. The Courses are added. Click plus icon to expand the desired organization. Click on first level. Select desired format. Then click ‘Export’.
Click on the export icon to export the report. Select desired format. The report exported. Then click ‘Export’. The report is generated. A popup window will appear with several options, on the file format dropdown, select ‘Microsoft Excel’ from the list and then click ‘export’.
