The second meeting of the ad hoc group (only dealing with Structures and functions and Future prospects) took place on 22nd September 2015 in Brussels.

this new field corresponds to ‘Qualifier ‘ as described in the outcomes from the 1st meeting.
it should be able to capture the expected progress in 12 years.
