1 Meningioma. Meningioma. (A) T1 weighted image demonstrates a well-circumscribed intradural extramedullary mass that is isointense to the spinal cord. (B) and (C) Fat-saturated postgadolinium T1 weighted images; the mass demonstrates homogenous enhancement and a broad dural base. Dural tails are seen extending above and below the mass (white arrows). The spinal cord is markedly compressed (white arrow head). (D) The mass is slightly hyperintense on T2 weighted image.
