Are monsters real or make-believe? Would you want your very own monster? We read many monster books this week with a favorite being I know an old monster. We discussed emotion when reading and discussed how some books had a rhythm and rhyme to them and we worked on sequencing. We then made our own monsters and with our monsters we wrote a poem to review adjectives. There is even a really fun song that goes with the book.
