Problem 2: The posts sanctioned under the B.Voc. Programme are purely of temporary nature with no guarantee of becoming permanent.
Suggestion 2: Permanent posts should be sanctioned along with the permission to run the B.Voc. Programme.

Problem 3: Youth with vocational degree has no guarantee of employment in Government and Public Sector Unit.
Suggestion 3: Preferential employment opportunity through some legislation for candidates with vocational degree.
