Security / Boundary working relationship – CCJ Rocklands Gallo Manor
Boundary shared maintenance with CCJ
Security – Golf carts and van patrols by FADT

5. Friends of the Park
No civils work or park projects have been funded by ZFHOA levies
Donations from individual community members and ‘civils contractors’
Estimated 240k has been donated by various donors
All of this work has been facilitated by Board Members

Rocklands stream during the rainy season is flooding excessively which is causing damage to embankments
Repairs and reconstruction of river banks has become necessary
Donations received from contractors to assist with ongoing repairs
