19 Examples THESIS: Children should spend less time in front of electronic screens. Body pp1 TS: Screen time exposes kids to images of violence. Body pp2 TS: Kids who receive a lot of screen time get into lots of fights. RELATIONSHIP = Cause & Effect Body pp2 TS w/ transition: Because of the violent images that they are exposed to, children who receive a lot screen time get into fights.

THESIS: The American Dream is not attainable for all citizens, no matter how hard they work for it. Body pp1 TS: Racism prevents people of different ethnicities from getting a fair chance Body pp2 TS: Sexism prevents women from getting a fair chance RELATIONSHIP = Similarity Body pp2 TS w/ transition: In the same way that racism prevents people of different ethnicities from getting a chance to succeed, sexism also prevents women from getting a fair chance to succeed...
