Step 3: Submit your abstract online by 15th May 2018
Abstracts for consideration for poster and oral presentations to be submitted centrally to the National Programme Committee.
Information will be provided on the SURE Network website
Resources to assist with preparation of oral and poster presentations will be available on the conference website

8. Dates For your diary! Abstract submission
Call for abstracts on 24th April 2018
15th May for final year projects completed by May 2018
Extended submission to June for later finishing projects by arrangement with the Programme Committee
Option for oral presentation and/or poster presentation
Notification of acceptance and feedback
Mid June 2018
Preparation workshop will be provided for all successful for oral presenters
Early September 2018

9. Awards & Certificates
All presenters (poster and oral) will be included in the official conference proceedings, and a link will be provided for student CVs
All presenters will receive a digital badge
A prize for Best Science Communicator and Best Poster will be awarded at each conference venue
Oral presenters will be invited to consider authoring a paper a SURE undergraduate research Journal.
