Submitted data to nwrdc.fsu.edu
2018/2019 School Year
The mainframe survey process was replaced with WDIS DQ2 production system. 
Surveys K-12 can submit Pre-flights not production.
Surveys K-12 will still submit to mainframe survey process

4. Skyward Edits
Updating system to include all possible edits and validations
Extract and Verification reports to verify and clean up data
Validations only print on the Export file and Extracted Survey Data Report.

5. DQ2 FTP Setup New DQ2 Option
PR FL: Add option to not lock formats for DQ2 sub.
Updated to allow districts to send data to DQ2 Preflight but will not lock the Maintain.
Districts will want to create two separate FTE Setups.
Ex. Preflight vs. Production

Verify FTP Setup information is correct.
Directory has the correct direction for slashes: “///”
Verify correct Protocol is set.

Verify Formats are not locked

8. Recent Updates
PR FL: Add warning if non-key field is changed
A warning/reminder message has been added to the Survey and WDIS Maintain screens when saving Transmitted records.
PR FL: Add Staff FLEID and Local Staff ID to SkyBuild
The Florida Education Identifier and Local Staff ID have been added to the Import File Builder of SkyBuild so that these IDs can be imported for New or Existing Staff.

9. Recent Updates PR 3629587 - FL: Add utility to Import Rejected Records
The Import Rejected Records utility is now available for WDIS users.
PR FL: Add Import FTE Claim File
A process to Import, Maintain, and Export FTE Claim File(s) has been added.

When downloading the edits from DQ2, what format is the file in?
How are Districts utilizing the DQ2 edits for Preflight?
Do you have to delete files have to be deleted from Preflight each time?
