1. In order to establish or update your Agency Profile, select the Agency Profile tab.

2. If you need to set your agency up as a new user, select Setup Agency Profile.

3. Fill the form out completely and select submit.
Your Agency Head will receive a confirmation once the account has been successfully created. Please provide a reliable and phone number, in case we need additional information.

4. If you need to update your Agency’s profile only, please log in and select Agency Profile.

5. Update the necessary information and select submit.

6. Fill the form out completely and select submit.
