Locally - Natural resource-based livelihoods - nappropriate management and planning of natural resources and infrastructure use, not up with the development pace - Human resource and training are insufficient and out-dated 2 Transnationally: More than 90% of surface water of MK delta is from outside the border and mainly influenced by the increase of agricultural and industrial activities, unsustainable urbanization and especially the Dam constructuion in upper MK river 3 Climate change - The historic of drought and salinization in 2016 is the most severe in the past 100 years March/2016, the first time, measured the salinity up to 2gam/lit in CT - located off the coast about 60km - Now, It is rainy season at CT but the sunny is too hot and the rainfall is unusually large and rains longer than before. - appearing many places were flooded - bank erosion, - tornado and storm also appear more and with more intensity so the impact is also greater   These three main sources are significant threat to economic and human development in CT more and more unpredictable and difficult to control
