Worker Retraining can help if you:
Receive unemployment
Are unemployed and your spouse is receiving unemployment
Are an active duty military member with official notice of separation
Are employed part time and do not have a college degree
Or in last 4 years:
Exhausted unemployment
Ended self-employment
Divorced, separated or widowed
Have been discharged from the military
