2 Figure 1 Swollen hands in a 41-year-old woman 7 months after acute Ebola virus disease The patient reported severe symmetrical pain in the hands, feet, and knees, and markedly decreased vision in one eye. She noted occasional mild joint pain without swelling or tenderness before having Ebola virus disease. The joint pain and diminished vision improved with oral corticosteroid treatment.
