The same ESM LP channel interval data object must also be configured as a metered object in Metercat's Quantities Tab as one of the Metered Quantities.
Special Dates Configuration

Click the Add button; Metercat will display the Recurring Date Configuration screen
Uncheck the Calendar Action checkbox
Check the Self Read checkbox
Select the Every radio button and set to "1 day" starting the day you program the meter

The meter type has been programmed for TOU
The meter style number has been properly configured and will be ordered with Load Profile (LP) enabled
The meter LP interval length is configured to 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes only
The meter has been configured for Daily Self Read
The ESM LP sources and the Meter Quantities are both configured and that they match
The MeterCat Program File (PED) has been reviewed by Sensus
