Want2work.com is an exciting new start-up company positioning itself to become the market leader in "introducing" candidates to employers or groups that are looking to hire or contract qualified individuals.  The website platform provides a paradigm shift in the way that traditional recruitment of employees or volunteers occurs.  
There is a clear need and demand in the market place to simplify the identification of potential candidates for employers. A solution that is:  Fast, informative, expedites the filtering of candidates and can become part of the first interview.

At the same time, there is a wealth of untapped labour available with no platform available for individuals to present themselves as being "available".  One that can provide details about oneself, including: availability, interests, wants,  photo and video options to introduce a new dimension of understanding a person versus trying to get to know the person through a resume.   Whether you are a:

Want2work.com is the first place to go to find workers. The need to create and post a job description, filter through hundreds of resumes or hire an expensive recruiter is over.

7. Search Workers
Employers can search for workers using different criteria to filter and display the best matches.
Employers can send a job description out, based on their key word criteria (i.e. Italian cook), to everyone matching the key words. Just wait for the interested workers to respond.

8. Employers can create and track different jobs to fill
Employers can create “job projects” which are specific positions they need to fill.
Workers who they feel match the position are saved and assigned to the “job project”.

9. Sample Match: Admin Assistant
Employers can see an overview of a worker that matches their search criteria.
They can then view the person’s profile to learn more detail.

10. Sample Match: Truck Driver
The worker’s brief description allows the employer to quickly determine whether there is a good “match”.
The location search (e.g. Within 30km) enables the employer to find local talent.

11. Sample Match: Engineering Student
Employers can quickly add any worker to their “Favourites” for later review.
Employers are able to send a message to the worker and request to communicate about the job to see if there is interest.

12. Viewing worker profiles
Employers can view the full profiles of workers. They are able to view photos, video, and other information about the worker to see if they are a good “match” for the job.
This person is looking for a sales position in retail.

13. Viewing worker profiles
Extra information is available such as: whether the worker is willing to move, what languages they speak, and how many years of experience they have.
This student is seeking a job as an industrial design engineer.
