Transition plan What happens when the revised system rolls out?

Purpose Equip providers to make decisions regarding their Spark participation which are most beneficial for their programs Provide early learning system partners with information that will enable them to coordinate their efforts to support and communicate with providers Minimize the amount of time the field test QRIS/ Spark and revised Spark overlap Protect programs’ investments and early adoption and allow for maintenance of achieved star levels

Can choose current system or revised Spark through December, 2018 to submit Programs can choose to maintain their current rating (e.g. take no action) until their rating expires “Hold Harmless”
