LNPA Subcommittee Correspondence received from LNPA WG regarding unusable blocks, seeking modification to the Thousands-Block Donation Form to help ensure that donating SPs perform intraSP ports to avoid service disruption when that block is subsequently assigned. INC initiated Issue 506 – Update TBPAG Appendix 2 per LNPA WG Request Regarding Unusable Blocks.

VoIP Subcommittee Video Relay Services (VRS) providers attended the last INC meeting and made a presentation of their numbering concerns. INC is initiating a proposed issue to address the numbering concerns of the VRS providers. INC will be working the issue at its next meeting.
