If you have a Wasteload Allocation (WLA) approved by the US EPA prior to the effective date of your MS4 permit, you must submit a form provided by the MPCA. The form includes the following information.
List of practices (BMPs) implemented toward each WLA
Progress toward meeting each WLA
Adaptive management strategy to meet the WLA (could include activities you plan on implementing)
Compliance schedule – when do you expect to meet the WLA
