Try to keep the message on each page simple. Avoid lists of bullet points where possible and just focus on the key message. Three slides with one point each is usually more effective than one slide with three bullet points. 80% Growth

Use tables instead of charts for clarity of your message. Within the tables highlight the key information you need to get across using bold, colors, font sizes. Add animations to transition between two states (eg. Before and after)

If the audience can read everything you’re about to say than your job as a presenter is irrelevant. If you need the audience to take the information you speak about away with them, give them handouts at the end of the presentation instead of cramming all the information into your slides.
