Under the proposed rule, we’re required to provide non-animated versions of electronic training – to avoid certain flashing speeds, pay attention to color coding, etc. – because of difficulty they cause for persons with visual/motor/some types of cognitive impairment. While this mostly relates to distance learning and web design, it’s worth keeping these concerns in mind when drafting your presentations.
