WU: What are the agents of erosion?
Ans: The agents of erosion are wind, ice, water, and gravity.

4. Wednesday (Wed.)
WU: How can the energy of waves traveling through water affect the shoreline?
Ans: The energy from waves can erode away the shoreline and even change the shape of the shoreline.

WU: Where does material come from that makes up the beach?
Ans: The material that makes a beach comes from Quartz, coral, broken seashells, lava, and even boulders depending on the location of the beach.

Ans: 1: Saltation is when sand-sized particles are moved in the direction in which the wind is moving.
2: Deflation is when the wind removes the top layers of sediment or soil and leave behind the rock fragments that are too heavy to be lifted by the wind
