2 BackGround A-H & Serbia are bitter enemies
Russia is committed to support Serb resistance to A-H Germany is committed to support A-H attempts to dominate Serbia Ethnic minorities and nationalism.

Europe was at war!!! World War 1 officially began August 1914 True to the military alliances, Europe's powers quickly drew up sides after the assassination. In 1914, Europe was left in a tenuous position; its great economic, imperial powers, armed with massive, modern armies and inclined to support the idea of a war for national glory, were tied to one another in a series of binding military treaties. The allies -- Russia, Serbia, France, and Britain against the Central Powers -- Germany, A-H, Italy, and Turkey.

Provide an eyewitness account of the start of The Great War. Be sure to include… Where, why, how, and who assassinated the Archduke. (Be as detailed and informative as possible.) An Explanation of the M.A.I.N causes of World War I and how the two alliances are threatening to tear apart Europe. (Triple Entente vs. Triple Alliance) Accurate date, what country you represent, etc. Should be no longer than half a page
