10 Reminders G I G Last year I did the a word play using the word aggies, to make things fresh this year, I went with a new word: As a reminder: Get employees to review their tobacco user status and the status of their dependents on medical Individuals enrolled in S&W will automatically transition to the A&M Care plan Green submit button – enough said. Every dependent not verified through the dependent verification process will need dependent verification documents if employee makes ANY changes Members of the A&M Care plan will receive new ID cards in August E M

11 Reminders A G G I Because we are still all AGGIES and this information is still relevant Annual enrollment runs the entire month of July – 1time of year to make changes to selections without a required change of status Get employees to review their personal contact information and benefit selections in iBenefits Give employees our contact information for when they need assistance Inform employees of the resources available to them Encourage attendance in the AE meetings (electronic version of the flyer in your program will be made available to you to distribute to your employees as you wish) Stress the importance of submitting the document and completing this process before the end of annual enrollment – July 31st So Gig’em Aggies and BTHO Annual Enrollment!
