Approach: Database of service accounts Accessible via the internet Templates for routine repairs ( oil change, alignment, etc. ) List of important information about the customer’s vehicle: Diagnosis Parts used Running total of charges ( parts, labor, etc. ) Mechanic’s notes Alert when repair is complete Impact: Added convenience and piece of mind for the customer Improves mechanic’s efficiency Hopefully, an overall more pleasant experience
