Pandora’s Box By: Nadia Filomena Angelucci

2 Splash, Swoop, Whoosh, Boom!!!!!
“Splash! A SPLASH of beauty, a SWOOP of clever, a WHOOSH of charming and a huge BOOM of curiosity should do the trick!” As the god called Zeus created a female human named Pandora. He made her as perfect as possible, or did he? Zeus was proud of his creation and sent Pandora into the planet earth, as an exception. Pandora was very grateful for all Zeus had done. However, one day Pandora peeked into a box she was forbidden to open. Her curiosity took over and she had changed everything!

3 The Greek Myth Soon after Pandora came into the world, she and a man named Epimetheus fell madly love. Shortly, they got married and moved into the same house. Well, one day Zeus came to their house and gave them a gift. The gift was inside a box ;however, Pandora and Epimetheus were not allowed to open the box. They both promised not to peek in the chest. A few weeks later, Epimetheus went shopping for new sandals. Pandora decided to stay home with the treasure chest. Well, Pandora really tried her best, to forget about the chest, but buzzing in her like a bee, was her curiosity. Before she knew it, Pandora opened the box slightly to save little creatures yelling, "Get us out of here!” At that very moment, Pandora gave the world: Deceit, Sickness and Jealousy by letting them free; however, one special creature flew out of that box, Hope. These creature was there to help everyone with all those bad things.

4 My Opinion You may have realized that the Greek Myth “Pandora’s Box” is my favorite one. This myth is very interesting because of all it’s details. This version of “Pandora’s Box” can teach others to keep their promises. If you lie and brake your promise, you may let evil into the world. This theme is only one of many themes from "Pandora's Box.” This myth is a great example of the theme I picked.

5 Wrapping It Up As you can see, the Greek Myth “Pandora’s Box” is the best one of in my opinion. This version of the myth is so descriptive that I could read it everyday. As you may know, this is a myth and myths aren’t true. This legend was created to teach people a lesson. If I were Pandora, I would be proud of myself for bringing Hope into the world.
