Where do I access it Located on the Docket entry screen What does it do Allows multiple images to be saved against an LMS docket number Why Databased images allow for easy retrieval and allow future employees to easily access information from past events When do I use it Photographs of damages or other relevant events for movements in/out of the warehouse. IE photographs of a container packed for export

3. To access the images click on the Image button on the docket entry screen

4. After pressing the button three options will appear being, load ,review and close

5. When the images button has been activated no other feature in LMS can be used until this program is closed. The “load” button will add images to the system The “review” button displays images saved to the docket The “close” button closes the program

6. Load button
After pressing the load button a new screen will appear. You will be able to see files from your PC, to load an image double click your left mouse button on a file. Only files ending with the extension .jpg can be added. You may only add one image at a time

Once the image is loaded it will return to the above screen, to add another image press the load button again

9. Review Button
After pressing the review button a new screen will appear. To review the photographs press the directional arrows. To delete a photograph press the minus button (red arrow indicates location).

You can also send an of all the images by pressing the “ button” located in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. To exit the review mode press the red x button on the top right of the screen (red arrow indicates location).
