.0540, .0831, .1102, .1104, .1107, .1111, .1205, .1206, , .1633, (4 comments), and .1635
All 12 rules had agency determination of “necessary with substantive public interest”. Comments on rules will be addressed during re-adoption process.
No agency determinations were changed in response to public comments.
.0206 for Ten Year Permits was removed from the list as it was repealed effective September 1, 2016
