To provide linkage amongst all R & E networks between North Asian and Malaysia using the SEA backbone, AI3, TEIN II and other international links.

Link & share existing research and education institutions resources for the benefit of collaborative processes (each research and education institution may share other research and education institution education network & bandwidth)
