1 Figure 2 Neuropathologic examination for lymphoma etiology (patients 1–4)‏
Neuropathologic examination for lymphoma etiology (patients 1–4) Immunohistochemical stainings for light chain restriction (lambda-smi and kappa-smi: A, B, F, G, K, L, P, and Q), CD10 (C, H, M, and R), Bcl-6 (D, I, N, and S), and MUM-1 (E, J, O, and T) in samples from an autopsy (A–E) and biopsy specimens of 3 patients (F–J, K–O, and P–T). We found no evidence for light chain restriction or significant staining for lymphoma markers CD10, Bcl-6, or MUM-1 suggesting a prelymphoma or lymphoma state. Magnification 5× (A–E), 10× (F–T). Scale bar: 200 μm (A–E), 100 μm (F–T). Morten Blaabjerg et al. Neurol Neuroimmunol Neuroinflamm 2016;3:e226 © 2016 American Academy of Neurology
