Enterprise iLembe is the Economic Development Agency of the
iLembe District Municipality, responsible for Trade & Investment Promotion and Local Economic Development for the region
Enterprise iLembe invites quotations from service providers within the iLembe Region to provide the following:
100 Field Golfers (male and female) Code - FIE
100 Vitality Golfer (male and female) Code - VIT
100 Baxter Golfer (male and female) Code – BAX
All T-shirts must be embroidered with Enterprise iLembe logo on the front and website on the back
These items can be found on the Clothing Collection 2017/18 Catalogue.
It is compulsory for service providers to be registered on the Central Suppliers Database for Government. Please visit to register on the database.

Proposals/Quotations must be accompanied by the following documents:
Proof of residence/ business location within the iLembe District (please submit a Utility Bill or Original Signed Councillor Letter - compulsory)
Valid tax clearance certificate or TCS Pin issued by SARS (compulsory)
Central Suppliers Database Registration Report (compulsory). (This report will be available on the CSD Website once you have registered on the Central Suppliers Database)
B-BBBEE Status Level Certificate (if you have)
MBD 4 – Declaration of Interest Form (Compulsory).
