4. Sort your kit
If your kit is not sorted, sort the pieces into the bins like this:

5. First step – You need a robot!
Assemble the base of the robot.
The instructions are on pages 4-38 in your instruction book.
Either start on page 4 or pick up where the previous team left off. (See the note they left for you.)
Once constructed, check with Mr. Keys about robot labeling.
THEN, you can run the basic program on page 39 to see if your robot is functional. (If it’s not, back to the drawing board!)
Finally try the program on page 40. MAKE SURE YOUR ROBOT IS ON THE GROUND!

Turn to pages in your instruction book.
Follow the instructions to create the robot’s ‘crane’.
