LAUNCH We sent an announcing the Launch to 142 pre-registered people. We had 262 opens from 60 different people – an open rate of 42.3%. 44 people clicked somewhere in the . Within the first week, we had more than 22 Adult Guides sign up. We sent to 152 – 10 were undeliverable Over half of those who clicked through signed up in first week

NOW 60 Adult Guides have signed up. 185 child accounts.
Some comms around Launch, and is featured on Game On – has been picked up elsewhere (Centre for Excellence) but haven’t promoted more than this.

ANALYTICS 29,051 page views. Bounce rate is good – 19.89%
Session time is good compared to other sites – minutes – but we would still want this to be higher. High number of children completing at least 1 mission (228 signed up, 205 completing at least one mission) Most are coming to the site directly (via a link), but a significant number clicking on from another site or searching for the site. Number of people arriving on the site from social media is surprisingly high. Digital team at UUK very positive Typical bounce rate 40-50% (arrive on site, almost instantly ‘bounce’ off) 802 of 1322 visits ‘direct’, 173 ‘referral’, 131 through organic search, 78 ‘social’
