Free Services Individual Fitness Assessment 45-60 minute fitness evaluation with onsite Fitness Manager Assessment Measures: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength & Endurance, Flexibility, & Body Composition Personalized Exercise Program 30+ minute session to identify specific fitness goals and exercise routine based on individual assessment and health goals Walk-In Blood Pressure Screenings Class Schedule & Fees Classes are offered in 8 week sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays 45 min classes = $24/session 20 min classes = $16/session Tuesday 6:00a – 6:45a: BOOT CAMP 12:00p – 12:20p: CORE 12:20p – 12:40p: STRETCH Thursday 12:00p – 12:20p: TABATA 1:00p – 1:45p: CARDIO BOOT CAMP

Group Fitness Classes After each 8 week session BMCR offers a Free week of classes. Tuesday Classes Boot Camp:  6:00am - 6:45am  |     This class features dynamic strength moves to build and tone muscles throughout your entire body. Each week we’ll focus on different muscles – no two classes will be the same! No matter if you’re a beginner or advanced, you will get a great workout! Core and Stretch:  12:00pm - 12:40pm  |  Combine both, or attend one or the other.  Individual descriptions below. Core Only: 12:00p - 12:20p |  Get a solid core workout by strengthening your abdominal and back muscles to create a solid core. Stretch Only: 12:20p - 12:40p | Think stretch and relaxation. This is an all level stretch class which focuses on stretching major muscle groups, breathing exercises, and a soothing environment. Thursday Classes Tabata and Stretch: 12:00pm - 12:40pm  |  Combine both, or attend one or the other.  Individual descriptions below. Tabata Only: 12:00pm - 12:20pm  |  A form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata features 20 second intervals of high intensity work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of 16 minutes. These bursts of intense work are the most effective way to build endurance, lose fat, and strengthen your entire body. Stretch Only: 12:20pm - 12:40pm |  Think stretch and relaxation. This is an all level stretch class which focuses on stretching major muscle groups, breathing exercises, and a soothing environment. Cardio Boot Camp:  1:00pm - 1:45pm    |  This full body workout includes strength training, endurance, cardio, and core work.  You'll shake up your routine with a mix of creative exercises for all of your muscles as well as challenging activities that keep your heart pumping.
