Chicken Nuggets & Wedges
Set oven 180c/ Gas 6. Line tray with foil Wash potato Cut into wedges & place in large glass bowl Coat in 15ml oil and herbs/spices of your choice Place onto a baking sheet and bake for minutes Remove from tray & wash tray Tidy unit Chicken Nuggets Line tray with foil Collect chicken breast and cut into even sized pieces Whisk 1 egg between 2 in a small bowl Place seasoned plain flour on one plate and breadcrumbs on another plate (between 2) Coat chicken in flour and then in beaten egg Coat in breadcrumbs and place on tray Bake for minutes until golden Wash tray/ tidy unit

Success Criteria Did you use the correct method when cooking the chicken? Make note of the term Pane in your work book and ensure that you have a picture for your log!
