7. Affirmative Action Compliance
Collaborate with HR in the recruitment and retention of our workforce by conducting quarterly compliance reviews;
Develop our annual AAP for females and minorities as required by law; and
Conduct an annual review of the workforce’s compensation to ensure equitable pay consistent with job grade and classification.
