2. Teacher Functions in OAS Create Tests Assign Tests to a Class View Reports of Student Performance

3. To create a test using the Item Bank, select the Tests tab

4. Select Create a new test

5. Give the test a name, a unique identifier, and choose any other desired options for the test, then click Submit

6. Choose a subject for the test

7. Choose the grade level from which to choose the items

8. Choose a Domain

9. Choose a Standard (if available)

10. Choose an Element (if available)

11. Click Show Items

12. From the list of available items, select (by checking the box to the left of the item) the items to include in the test

13. Once items have been selected, click Add Selected to Test

14. Additional items can be added by clicking Add Items or if no more items are needed, select Create Test

15. Once tests are created, they must be assigned to students. To assign a test, select the Tests tab. Select Assign test(s) to student(s).

16. Select the letter that begins the name of the class to which you want to assign the test.

17. Then select the class name from the list of available classes

18. To assign a test, click New.

19. Click on the test(s) you want to assign (from the list of tests you own or from the list of test created by other users), set any parameters for the assignment, and click Submit.

20. To view reports of student performance on teacher-assigned tests, select the Reports tab.

21. Click the radio button next to Teacher/ Classroom Level Reports.

22. Select the name of the report that you want to view

23. Select the name of the class from the list of available classes

24. Select the test on which you want to report

25. De-select any student(s) that you dont want included in the report. Click Generate Report.
